April 13, 2005 marked the beginning of The Kircher Group. We began with a mission to help small businesses and business owners, not only turn a negative financial situation around, but to ultimately reach their full potential. To achieve this, guidance begins with a concentration on the financial issues and project management. Using this philosophy The Kircher Group has been able to help many small businesses.

The Kircher Group has assisted companies across the country, predominately construction and contracting industries, but also those in the manufacturing industry as well.

After being forced to return to the family business upon the death of his father and finding the business in financial disarray, Don Kircher felt no one should have to go through such a process alone. He has a strong commitment and a drive to work side by side with his clients. Since 2005 he has been assisting businesses in all aspects of their business turn around.

Don Kircher

Founder, Turnaround Specialist, Management Consultant
Don Kircher has over 30 years of experience in business turnaround services, business restructuring and industrial and commercial project management. He has managed projects across the U.S. as well as Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, and China. With his vast exposure to the many manufacturing and contracting service businesses, Don was being sought out by many clients for restructuring and turnaround help, which became the beginning of The Kircher Group, LLC. Don manages his team with a hands-on approach, personally overseeing every project, treating every business as if it was his own.

Derrick Kircher

Turnaround Assistant, Project Manager
Derrick brings over 15 years of commercial and industrial experience to the table. He launched his career as a site manager, overseeing electrical/mechanical system installations related to large-scale material handling projects. His experience lead to the role of project manager for many industrial and commercial projects, overseeing design, financing, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of these systems.

John Coons

Certified Lean/Six-Sigma Practitioner, Turnaround Specialist
John's professional identity is built around the concept of helping businesses run like well-oiled machines. He accomplishes this through the implementation of Six Sigma and Lean Thinking management systems. John has over 20 years of quality and continuous improvement management under his belt. He holds a graduate degree in management, is a certified Six Sigma, Lean/DMAIC Green Belt, a certified Lean Practitioner, and a certified QMS auditor. John's education and experience has played a major role in developing the "Kircher Business Management System."
